Our team will work with you to bring your vision to life — noting that custom orders may take extra time and are not eligible for exchange unless there is a verified manufacturing defect.
Absolutely. We offer expert repair, cleaning and resizing services for jewellery purchased from us (and in some cases, items bought elsewhere). Please bring the jewellery in, and our jewellery-care specialists will assess the work and provide a quote.
You may request an exchange within seven days of delivery if the item is unused, in original condition and packaging, and with the purchase receipt. Custom-made, engraved or resized items are excluded from exchange or return unless there is a manufacturing defect. Damaged or incorrect items must be reported within 48 hours of receipt.

Yes, we update our gold-rate page daily to reflect the current market price. The final price of your jewellery will consider the prevailing gold rate, the craftsmanship, and any gemstones included.
To maintain your jewellery’s shine and condition: store it separately in a fabric-lined box, avoid harsh chemicals (perfume, chlorine), remove jewellery when doing heavy work, and bring it for professional cleaning with us once a year.

Yes, we provide home delivery within Islamabad and may offer shipping to other cities — subject to region, shipping charges and security measures. Ensure someone is available to inspect the parcel on delivery and report any issues immediately.
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and your order number. We will guide you through the return process, inspect the item and arrange for a replacement or refund where appropriate.
