Return & Exchange Policy

At Zewar Jewellers, we value your trust and aim to ensure that every purchase meets your expectations. Each item is carefully inspected before dispatch, but if you are not fully satisfied, we offer a fair and transparent return and exchange process.

Returns or exchanges may be requested within seven (7) days of receiving your order, provided the item is in its original condition — unused, unworn, and accompanied by its original packaging and proof of purchase. Any item showing signs of wear, alteration, damage, or removal of tags will not be accepted. Custom-made, engraved, resized, or special-order pieces are non-returnable and non-exchangeable unless found to have a verified manufacturing defect.

If an item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within forty-eight (48) hours of delivery. Clear images or videos of the product may be required for review. Once approved, you may choose between an exchange, repair, or refund. Refunds are issued through the original payment method within seven to ten business days after inspection and confirmation of eligibility.

To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our customer care team with your order details and reason for the request. Once your return is approved, you will be provided with the return address and instructions. Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the product received is defective or incorrect. Zewar Jewellers is not liable for items lost or damaged during return transit, so we recommend using a reliable courier service with tracking.

Please note that items purchased during promotions, discounts, or clearance sales are not eligible for return or refund unless defective. Refunds for change of mind, colour variation, or personal preference are not permitted.

Zewar Jewellers reserves the right to reject returns that do not comply with these conditions. Our goal is to maintain fairness and product integrity while providing our customers with complete confidence in every purchase.
